Hi Afonso, Thank you for your reply. The expected factory fitted options are listed on the label at the rear of the unit, so it must be a mistake.  I am guessing my unit slipped through without being activated before shipping. I'll submit a ticket as requested, Many thanks again.
 

Hello, I have purchased a new MDO34 Scope with the following factory pre installed features :
3-BW-100, 3-SRAERO, 3-SRAUDIO, 3-SRAUTO, 3-SRCOMP, 3-SREMBD, 3-SRFLEXRAY, 3-SRUSB2, 3-AFG, 3-MSO, 3-PWR, 3-SA1. 
I have also registered the unit on the Tektronix site to unlock the DVM & Frequency Counter option. However the Mytektronix website only shows a licence key for SA1 option associated with my unit. 

When looking at the installed features on the unit under the ABOUT MENU it shows all the  options as enabled, but there is also a message saying ‘ 30 day evaluation period expires 4 Dec 2022’ .
Is this  message a quirk of the software or  will the multiple features stop working in a month? 
I would be very grateful for any advice.
