RE: Looking for free software to capture/record signals from my MSO 4034.
It sounds like you're already familiar with OpenChoice, but the other free option that comes with the scopes is e*Scope (Instructions on page 24: https://download.tek.com/manual/071212104web.pdf). Alternatively there is a free tool called TekScope Utility made by one of our engineers in order to transfer data from scopes: https://forum.tek.com/viewtopic.php?t=140451

RE: Is it possible to capture data at full resolution and not just what is showing on the screen?
To better capture your signal, you can set the horizontal mode to manual and change the sample rate, scale, and record length to get a clear image of your whole signal. I have attached an image showing an example of a setup that might work for you. As you can see in the Horizontal badge, this setup gives you 6s on the screen. I also have set the trigger point all the way to the left side so that you will only see the response data. Let me know if you have any questions about this setup.

RE: Does ACS have test modules for CV testing in the 590 or 595?
We support external instruments in ACS and ACS Basic but we do not have specific drivers or software to control and use the 590/595.

RE: What can I use to perform CV measurements?
Neither of these instruments are designed for direct CV measurements.
The best recommendation would be using the 4200A-SCS with CVU. -
RE: how many current probes can i connect to the DPO 2024B or what is the max current that the scope can provide for current probes?
The DPO2024B cannot provide probe power without an additional power supply. Please see https://www.tek.com/en/documents/technical-brief/tekvpi-probe-power-requirements-digital-phosphor-oscilloscopes for details.

RE: Are P5200A and A622 compatible with the TDS 2024 ? Also are the drivers for the TBS 2204B compatible with the older TDS 2024?
The drivers supplied by Tektronix are all included in TekVisa, so you should be fine there. The TBS2204B is compatible with the TEK-USB-488 adapter. Both probes you have listed are directly compatible with the TBS2204B (no required adapter), but they will require manual setup. These setups can be done in the channel menu under Probe Setup and are fairly straightforward. The Rackmount Kit for the TBS2204B would be the RMB2040
