I checked the programmer manual for this API call and believe you will find the below command will satisfy your requirement.     MEASTABle:ADDNew (No Query Form)
    This command adds a new measurement results view table to the scope application. The results view table can be named through the argument sent to the command.

    Group Measurement

    Syntax MEASTABle:ADDNew

    Arguments specifies a new measurement results view table to the scope application.

    Examples MEASTABle:ADDNew "TABLE1" adds a new table view by name TABLE1.

    If this happen after the install of 1.38.1, then please install 1.24.9. If the scope was working after the installation of 1.38.1, then a repair may be needed.

    You will need to force update the firmware of the scope while the scope booted. This should restore the scope.

    It sounds like an MSO64B would be a good fit for these test requirements: https://www.tek.com/en/products/oscilloscopes/6-series-mso It does display an acquisition count so you can determine how many times the scope has triggered and you can also use features like the History Mode or Fast Frame segmented memory as well as more in depth programmatic control to have a good idea of what's going on each time it triggers.     If that does not work have you tried restarting the MSO54, then reconnecting?

    Yes, it is recommended to remove the connections from Aux In, Aux Out, and Ref In.
