MSO24 Roll Mode

We have just acquired a MSO24 and can't find how to enable Roll acquisition. It's in the manual as going into this mode when the timebase is >40mS but can't get it to happen on the scope. What are we doing wrong? (Running latest Ver 1.42.13.471)

You are doing nothing wrong, unfortunately this is currently a known gap in the 2 series MSO.
I have escalated this to our product line team and we are hoping to fix this in upcoming firmware releases.
