Monitor for SCS-4200 won't turn on

Our Keithley SCS-4200 semiconductor analyzer can power on, I can hear the sound of CPU running, but the monitor screen doesn't work and is dark. Could you please help us fix it?

You can check to see if the display is failing by connecting an external monitor. If the monitor works but the display doesn't, this would indicate that the display is not functioning and requires service.
