Hi.

I've got TDS5104B with damaged hard disk
Maybe somebody have an recovery CD.
The system is built on Intel D845GVAD2 Motherboard.
I succeed to install Win2K. But unable to run Tekscope

I believe we still have some of those OS restore disks for sale (while stock lasts). Here are the part numbers according to the serial number range:
B010XXXX: 063-3693-01
B020XXXX: 063-3759-02
B030XXXX: 020-2880-01
B050XXXX and up: 020-2970-02

Hi, 

The serial number is B010074. Does that means 063-3693-01 is the correct p/n?
Does this CD contains appropriate drivers for Tektronix HW?

Hi Yuli,

I believe that is the correct part number for that serial number, yes. It should still be in stock.

The CD contains a full OS restore, it should include all all the appropriate drivers for the instrument, yes.
