Do you have adapters for the 2450s 4.0 Probe Tool? I have a 2400 and need an adapter to convert the BNC connectors to banana plug connectors so I can use the probe tool with it.

I'm using a P6616 probe with a series 4 MSO but moving into a more permanent setup I'm looking for a probe cable ending in a rectangular header or similar standard connector to reliably and permanently connect all 16 channels.
Is cable or adapter available?

Will the C#.NET driver we currently use with our existing TBS1064, also work with the TBS2204B and TBS2074B?

I am getting burning smell from the meter when i am preforming resistance measurements.

Our CSA7404 oscilloscope contains a single optical-to-electrical input (62.5 um, 700 - 1650 nm) that no longer works. We believe the photodiode most likely blew due to over exposure of laser light. We are looking to send the scope in for repairs or to purchase a replacement part if the scope cannot be serviced.

I am having an issue with my DMM916. When it boots, the screen flashes with the words "Probe" on it, and threre is a consistent beeping noise. The only thing connected are the red and black probes. How do I go about getting this repaired?

I am experiencing an issue with starting up my TDS5054. The unit will not boot up itself, but when plugged into TekScope via VGA, it will show the DPO/DPX Screen and fail out. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Is it possible to use the MDO3102 oscilloscope to generate a bode plot? Our model is equipped with an AFG, but I do not see any option to perform a frequency sweep/generate a bode plot.

I am not seeing how I can get the Bode Plot on my Tektronix MSO54. I do not see a power analysis option.

The Recovery Media DVD doesn't work or seem ti be accepted onto my DPO7254. I have tried with another Hard Drive with XP Windows & just ends up with a BLUE SCREEN. Do you have any ideas on what the problem may be?
